This machine is practical, high efficiency, dimention stable and consistent,and is suited for excellently finishing series products with disk-shape, corn-shape, cylingder-shape, curve-shape, horn-shape,etc., besides that the machine has the function of curling edge, flanging edge, cutting edge, and shrinking nack, and it can finish a few kinds of construction feature of the element within once loading

3.Performance

This machine is used the cast of resin sand reversing casting technology, so the surface is smooth and beautiful, better grade looking. The strict casting process controlling ensures high rigidity and high quality. Heavy loading pin rollers line-rail and ball leading-screw are used on this machine, so the high frequency spinning movement becomes flexible, stable and precise while the using life is much extended. Otherwise, this model of machine has tail base means with double oil cylinders, fine adjusting means of spinning wheel cutting angle,and programable servo main shaft for realizing radial drilling.
